n light of the Group's strategic development plans, the Board of Directors has resolved to adjust relevant businesses as follows:

Effective May 6, 2026, Aixi (Hainan) International Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. will no longer undertake the ACIC international certification business. Aligning with the development trends of Hainan Free Trade Port, the company will focus primarily on international human resources management and global talent exchange services.

Hainan Jianxue Education Technology Co., Ltd. shall fully take over the original ACIC international certification business. All unexpired cooperation contracts and agreements shall remain valid and be performed by Hainan Jianxue Education Technology Co., Ltd. until their expiry. For ongoing contracts and agreements, cooperating institutions may sign new ones if required for financial purposes.
