From September 9 to 12, 2019, ma wenyu, head of ACIC Asia Pacific region, and dongfang xiaoxiao, certification officer, were invited by Thailand cultural exchange art center to visit Thailand. The two sides held a cooperation signing ceremony in Bangkok. Mr. Ma wenyu, head of ACIC Asia Pacific, and Mr. Yu haishen, minister of tourism and culture of Thailand signed the contract.

Since then, ACIC Asia Pacific headquarters and Thailand culture and art exchange center reached a strategic partnership, the Thai culture and art exchange center has become the designated communication and organization of ACIC international certification center in Thailand, and ACIC international certification center to cooperate and co-organize the competition. Thailand culture and arts exchange center will support the promotion and organization of ACIC Asia Pacific headquarters in the United States, and contribute to the cultural exchanges between China and Thailand. The two sides held in-depth discussions on the preparation of ACIC Thailand headquarters and ACIC events and events in Thailand. Thai officials also accompanied them to Bangkok and pattaya and chose the venue for ACIC annual meeting and events.
